Mission Statement

The mission of Pre-Professional Health Advising is to assist students with acquiring the knowledge and opportunities to develop a competitive student profile to prepare students for graduate medical education while making informed decisions on their pathway.

What is Pre-Professional Health Advising?

The purpose of Pre-Professional Health Advising is to discuss details about your academic and career pathway, financial aid, transferring to another institution, using educational technologies, resources available on campus, and college success skills. This advising model has been uniquely designed to help the pre-professional health student to prepare for admission into professional schools to prepare for health careers in Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, Physician Assistant, Veterinary Medicine, Occupational Therapy, Naturopathic Medicine, Podiatry, and Optometry.
