Valencia College's standard contract templates are provided for your convenience. In most instances, when suppliers are providing a service, a contract will be required prior to delivery of service. Departments are encouraged to initiate drafting the contract and send it to The Office of Contracts & Records for processing.

Records Retention
The Office of Contracts & Records oversees the requirements set forth by the State of Florida related to records retention compliance. It is the responsibility of all departments to understand the retention schedule requirements applicable to their areas. While the forms provided below provide guidance, we encourage departments to reach out to The Office of Contracts & Records with questions. The College is currently engaged in evaluating the process and developing a more comprehensive Records Retention Program.
