Employee MFD Fleet
The Employee Multi-Functional Device (MFD) Fleet at Valencia College is centralized and managed by the Procurement Office.
Departments are provided a 5-digit code specific to your Index. If you do not remember your Department code or need a new code for a new department, please contact OIT or complete a service request. OIT will provide the appropriate Code.
Request for the purchase of Desktop Printers must be sent to email@example.com for authorization.
Print Lock Setting
The Print Lock Setting ensures that the MFD stores your prints until you are ready
to release it at the copier. We recommend that all employees utilize the Print Lock
setting to protect confidential information and avoid lost copies.
Instructions on How to Setup Print Lock and Instructions on How to Release Print Job
In order to maintain accountability of our MFD Fleet, please do not relocate MFD's without first notifying the Procurement Office. We will discuss the reasons for the relocation and determine the best outcome. If relocation is approved, contact OIT to ensure coordination between the supplier and network connectivity needs. An OIT Service Request must be completed at least two weeks in advance of the scheduled office move. OIT will coordinate the move of all MFD's with Seminole Office.
If your MFD needs serviced or has an error message on the display, please call: 407-830-7950. You may also send a request through Seminole Office Solutions Customer Center at https://www.sosfla.com/customer-center. Be sure to have your System I.D. number, location, and error message (if possible) before you call.
To request a new toner, staples or paper for your MFD, please send an Email to Courier Services based on the chart below.
In your email be sure to include the following:
- The 5-digit System I.D. number located on the MFD
- Name of person requesting
- Mail Code for delivery purposes.

Student Printing Program
Student Printing Program is owned and operated by Seminole Office Solutions. The program, offers students the benefit of copying, scanning and printing at designated locations across the College. Visit the Student Printing portal for additional details.
