Tenure Process

For each competency, the tenure candidate will present evidence at an acceptable level that is learning centered, public, and assessable. Valencia College Standards of Scholarship are applied where relevant. Conditions may vary, will usually include Valencia students, and always include artifacts for assessment. Valencia educators need to be competent in each of the Essential Competencies.
