Valencia College's standard contract templates are provided for your convenience. In most instances, when suppliers are providing a service, a contract will be required prior to delivery of service. Departments are encouraged to initiate drafting the contract and send it to The Office of Contracts & Records for processing via email to contracts@valenciacollege.edu

Can an employee be hired as a contractor? In accordance with Board Policy, Ethical Conduct and Performance, and Under the provisions of Section 112.313, Florida Statutes, no employee acting in a private capacity shall rent, lease, or sell any realty, goods, or services to the College. Furthermore, no employee shall have or hold any employment or contractual relationship with any business entity which is doing business with the College.
