IMPORTANT TAX RETURN DOCUMENT UPDATE
Your electronic copy of 1098-T form for 2019 tax year will be available by January 31st, 2020. An email from BusinessOffice@valenciacollege.edu will be sent to your ATLAS email address when the Form 1098-T is available for viewing and retrieval. The subject line of the email will say "IMPORTANT TAX RETURN DOCUMENT AVAILABLE".
Starting 2018 1098T Tax Year:
In previous years, your 1098-T included a figure in Box 2 that represented the qualified tuition and related expenses (QTRE) we billed to your student account for the calendar (tax) year. Due to a change to institutional reporting requirements under federal law, beginning with tax year 2018, we will report in Box 1 the amount of QTRE you paid during the year.
