Important Announcement Regarding Refunds


BankMobile is our third party provider used to process student disbursements. For more information about BankMobile, visit this link: (The contract between Valencia College and BankMobile may be reviewed here.)

All registered students will receive an email sent to your Atlas account which will provides information on how you can select an electronic refund preference. In addition, you will also receive an email from our refund service provider BankMobile describing your electronic refund options.

Electronic Refund Selection Preference Instructions

If you choose to receive your refund electronically, follow these instructions:

  1. Go to Refund Preference Setup
  2. Log into
  3. Select your refund options in "New Program Fund Options"

If you already have an active BankMobile Vibe account, or wish to make changes to your refund preference after you have made your initial choice through Atlas, visit and log in (located in the upper left hand corner of the page), then select Refund Preferences.

Financial Disclosure

Effective August 2016, Valencia College has partnered with Blackboard to provide students with electronic refund choices. The contract between Valencia College and Blackboard may be reviewed here.

    • *Active cards are defined as any account that had a deposit transaction within the award period regardless of enrollment status.

ALL STUDENTS will need to select a refund preference for any funds due from Valencia, including financial aid, to be deposited electronically. Additional information will be sent to your Atlas email.

Valencia College encourages all students to have their refunds deposited electronically, but you are not required to enroll in the Money+ Card program to receive your financial aid refund. If you take no action, you will receive refund via a paper check in the mail.

Prepaid Card Information

You are not obligated to receive your refund via the Money+ Card, a prepaid debit MasterCard®, enabled by Money Network®. However, we encourage all student to receive their funds electronically, and this may be an option you want to consider.

CERTAIN FEES AND TRANSACTION LIMITS APPLY FOR THE MONEY NETWORK SERVICE. Please review the fee schedule carefully before enrolling. (Fees subject to change.)

NOTE: The Central Florida Educator (CFE) Credit Union ATMs on the East, Osceola, West, and Winter Park Campuses are NOT part of the Allpoint network. Therefore, you will incur a fee if you use this out of network ATM to access funds on your Money+ Card.
