Important Announcement Regarding Refunds


BankMobile is our third party provider used to process student disbursements.  
(View the contract between Valencia College and BankMobile).

All registered students will receive an email sent to your Atlas account which will provides information on how you can select an electronic refund preference. In addition, you will also receive an email from our refund service provider BankMobile describing your electronic refund options. Valencia College encourages all students to have their refunds deposited electronically, but you are not required to enroll to receive your financial aid refund. If you take no action, you will receive refund via a paper check in the mail.

Electronic Refund Selection Preference Instructions

If you choose to receive your refund electronically, follow these instructions:

  1. Go to and sign in to your account
  2. From the My Atlas tab, find the Refunds section, and click on the Refund Preference Setup button
  3. Select your refund option

If you already have an active BankMobile Vibe account, or wish to make changes to your refund preference after you have made your initial choice through Atlas, visit and log in (located in the upper left hand corner of the page), then select Refund Preferences.
