Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for Full-Time Employee Web Time Entry


Part-Time and Work-Study Employees

Part-Time Employees:

  • These employees enter their hours through Web Time Entry.
  • Employees in this category should not exceed a total of 25 hours per week without the prior approval from the department Vice President or Campus President.

Work-Study Employees:

  • This category includes students working in the Institutional Work-Study and Federal Work-Study Programs.
  • Employees in this category enter their hours through Web Time Entry.
  • Employees in this category should not exceed a total of 20 hours per week.

NOTE: AN EMPLOYEE WHO WORKS PART-TIME AND WORK-STUDY SHOULD NOT EXCEED 20 HOURS PER WEEK BETWEEN BOTH JOB ASSIGNMENTS.
