If you are placed in Freshman Composition I (ENC 1101) in one area and a developmental (Reading/Writing I or II) in another area, you must complete the developmental course first.

English for Academic Purposes
Immigrants, refugees, and U.S. citizens - scoring 65 or less will have their Admission delayed and be referred to Continuing Education ESOL Program.
Non-Immigrants (International students) - scoring 0-85 (levels 0, 2, 3) will not be eligible for Admission.

Intensive English Program (IEP) to English for Academic Purposes (EAP) Bridge Agreement
Immigrants, refugees, and U.S. citizens who do not speak English as a native language may qualify for placement in EAP classes after fulfilling IEP requirements as stated in the Valencia College Intensive English Program (IEP) to English for Academic Purposes (EAP) Bridge Agreement.
Upon completion of 4 sessions in the Intensive English Program, students who meet the requirements below can be placed in EAP courses as specified below.
